Legal Troubles Won’t Stop Capleton

Capleton is preparing to stage his long-running annual concert series “A St. Mary Mi Come From” despite his legal troubles.

Despite his legal troubles the Reggae superstar is set to officially launch the annual event on Tuesday, October 9, at the Louis Bennett Garden Theatre in Kingston.

The 2018 staging of the event, which is set for Saturday, November 10, has been relocated from its usual home in Annotto, St. Mary to the National Indoor Sports Centre in St Andrew.

Capleton Case Pushed Back Following Bomb Scare

According to the deejay, the decision was made to move the event from the entertainer’s birth parish this year following heavy rains that put a damper on the show causing it to flop last year.

Some of the entertainers confirmed for the concert include Luciano, Louie Culture, Cocoa Tea and Admiral Tibet and numerous others.

Capleton is scheduled to appear before the St Andrew Parish Court on November 23, where he will answer to a rape charge.
