Law student’s co-conspirators plead guilty, agree to testify against her

The two named co-conspirators charged with along with the Jamaican law student Teresa Wilson on mail fraud charges have pleaded guilty in the United States.

According to reports, 31-year-old Dwayne Breary and 25-year-old Yanique Coach both pleaded guilty for their roles in a lottery scam scheme that defrauded a 89-year-old Virginian woman out of US$282,600 between November 2014 and March 2015.

Prosecutors revealed that pair agreed to plea deals, that will see them testify valuable information against Wilson in return for shorter sentences. Both will be required to make restitution to the victim.

Coach is scheduled to be sentenced on 8/25/2016, while Breary will be sentenced on 9/20/2016.

No trial date has been set for Wilson who is currently out on a US $100,000 bail bond.
