Koffee recently did an interview with Style Observer where she spoke about the lessons she learnt during the Pandemic, turning 20 and her new smash hit single, “Lockdown”.

“This pandemic has taught me that self-care/self-reflection is necessary and is essential to healing, joy, and success” The Grammy-wining artiste said with speaking about COVID-19. “I think I was able to find peace in a new reality and embrace my potential to change my course of action.” the artiste added.

Koffee explained that she felt no pressure when creating her new hit single, Lockdown, which garnered up to 13 million views since its release around a month ago, “The lyrics for Lockdown came very naturally to me as did the ideas for the video, and my team and I were able to bring everything to fruition and produce this bop with no pressure whatsoever!”

The Reggae star also spoke upon turning 20 this year on February 16, stating that she has not figured out what it means to transition into being a young adult as yet. Even so, she told her teenage self to, “do your thing.”

Koffee mentioned what she did to relax, “I unwind by listening to my favorite music, being in nature, and sometimes going to the beach,” the artiste also mentioned that her favourite parish is St Catherine, where she was “was born and raised.”
