Kanye West Jamaica ‘Church Service’ Set For Emancipation Park Tonight

The Tropixs (Kingston, Jamaica) All is set for Kanye West and his Sunday Church service group for their debut performance in Jamaica.

Yeezy will be hosting a free event at Emancipation Park in Kingston tonight (October 18). Dubbed “A Gift To Jamaicans,” Kanye will be accompanied by the 120-Voice Choir Sunday Service and a 15-member band.

The concert is slated to start at 7:00 p.m. and will mark the Sunday Service’s first appearance in the Caribbean.

Entertainment Minister Olivia Grange confirmed that her ministry is taking the lead in facilitating Kanye West and his group’s praise and worship service.

“I received a call from a contact overseas on Monday night, and by Tuesday we were meeting with Kanye’s advance team, who was already in the island,” she told The Star.
“Along with the personnel, they will be bringing in some of their own equipment. We will have to arrange protocols at the airport to ensure that everything runs smoothly,” Grange continued.
