Pop superstar Justin Timberlake could find himself in trouble with the law, after he snapped a selfie while casting his vote for the next president of the United States.

The “Cant Stop the Feeling” crooner is accused of breaking a Tennessee state law after he uploaded a photo to Instagram depicting him casting his ballot. Timberlake openly took to the social platform encouraging his 37 million followers to vote in the upcoming Presidential elections.

“Hey! You! Yeah, YOU! I just flew from LA to Memphis to #rockthevote !!! No excuses, my good people! There could be early voting in your town too,” the 35-year-old singer captioned his photo.

Timberlake traveled more than 1,700 miles from his current hometown of Los Angeles to take advantage of the benefits of early voting in Tennessee.

According to TMZ reports, Timberlake is now under investigation after apparently breaking Tennessee state law, which prohibits the capturing of photos or videos inside polling locations. The charge could carry a possible sentence of 30 days in jail and $50 fine.

Timberlake is a known outspoken supporter of Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.
