Fitness enthusiast Kamila McDonald is living proof hard work and dedication pays off.
The estranged wife of Grammy-nominated Reggae singer reflected on her weight loss journey on Thursday.
“To love what is ahead, you HAVE to love what has come before. I will forever be grateful for and honor my journey,” she wrote.
“Looking back reminds me what a fighter I have become and that once I can imagine something, dream of something, want something bad enough, no matter how difficult it appears on the surface, I can achieve it.”

“I hope you remember that too. Don’t give up, don’t get discouraged. You more than anyone else in the world deserves your own love, care and belief in your abilities.”
