Jada Kingdom says she will be taking legal action against a promoter over false advertising.
On Saturday, the Dancehall singer uploaded a poster for Monster energy drink sponsored event warning her fans that it was fake.
According to the “Banana” singer, the event organisers had her image on the flyer but failed to make a deposit.

“Sorry to disappoint anyone who was going to attend the @monsterenergy @cpj_ltd sponsored event at UTECH tonight expecting to see me perform,” Jada Kingdom wrote in an Instagram post.
“A lot of people have been hitting me about the show but the promoter @jrbloodline has not paid a deposit, despite a flier being out with my name and image on it and repeated claims he was going to do so. My attorney will address the matter with the concerned parties on Monday. All rights reserved, without prejudice,” she added.
