Ian Boyne Hospitalised In Serious Condition

Ian Boyne has been admitted to hospital.

According to reports, the veteran Jamaican journalist was rushed to hospital after suffering a medical emergency over the weekend.

Boyne is known for hosting Profile, a personality interview programme that features successful people in various fields who have largely achieved against the odds. Profile is the longest-running show of its kind on local television in Jamaica. He is also the host of ‘Religious Hard Talk’, both shows are aired on Television Jamaica (TVJ).

While Boyne’s condition is not known to the public at this time, medical sources say it is serious. His family has since appealed to the media and other concerned persons to honour their privacy at this difficult time.

The family is also asking for continued prayers.
