Here’s how to make a Screaming Fruity Peppersauce

Learn how to make a fiery berry peppersauce (hot sauce) in this episode of #TastyTuesdays with Chris De La Rosa of CaribbeanPot.com Using scotch bonnets, habaneros, chocolate scotch bonnets, bhut jolokia and other insanely hot peppers, we’ll simmer things in a mixture of frozen berries, for an amazing stew of HEAT!

You’ll Need…

10-12 HOT peppers (your choice)
2 cups apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1-2 cups frozen berries
1 lime
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoon chopped parsley
1-2 tablespoon brown sugar

* Berries included – strawberries, raspberries, barberries, blueberries and cherries AND I used an assortment of fiery peppers.
