Family and friends are now fearing the worst for a Hanover man, who went missing during Saturday’s island-wide black out.
65-year-old of Adrian Lemard of Hopewell, Hanover and Boston in the United States, reportedly only returned to the island last Friday for a vacation with his wife.
According to reports Lemard went to a bar in Fowls Bay in Hopewell on Saturday evening, to have a drink with a friend, but never returned home.
Reports are that Lemard left the bar during Saturday’s island-wide power outage, saying he was going home, however he was not heard from or seen since.
A missing person report has since been filed at the Sandy Bay police station, who are probing the matter.
Adrian Lemard is described as being of medium build, brown complexion, about 5 feet 7 inches tall and sports a low cut hairstyle.
