Edwards Crooks of Haddington district, Hanover has been charged for the murder of his brother, 49-year-old, Robert Crooks.
Earlier this month Robert’s body was found with multiple stab wounds at the house they both occupied.
Initial reports were that Edward Crooks discovered his brother lying face down in a pool of blood in the living room around 10:00 p.m. He told police that he left Robert Crooks alive at home about 11:00 a.m. the same day.

However following the Sandy Bay police’s probe, they arrested and subsequently charged Edward Crooks with the murder of his brother. He is scheduled to make his first court appearance later this week.
