Govana

Govana has dropped his latest music video “Convo.”

Govana has dropped the visuals for his latest single, which sees him tackling the subject of domestic violence.

The video, which was directed by RD Studious, confronts the touchy topic with a hilarious but serious depiction.

In the video, Govana is seen making a call to a female, whose phone is answered by her husband. The two men share a hilarious conversation, which turns darker once it is revealed that Govana is actually the sideman.

The second verse sees Govana persuading the obviously distraught man, not to hurt the female or himself.

Although the topic is a serious one, the ending proves quite hilarious as both men come to terms.

Fans have since taken to social media to praise the deejay for the track calling it refreshing and witty.

“This song released the right time, the concept, the choreography, the moral of the story yow this well put together. Put some respect on govana creativity,” one fan declared.

Since its release, the video has racked up over 560,000 views and 53,000 likes on Youtube. It is also the Number 1 trending on the platform.

Govana is currently enjoying the success of his debut album Humans And Monsters Are Not The Same (HAMANTS), which was released on January 10.
