George Nooks Cocaine Case Set For Later This Month

Veteran Reggae artist George Nooks is set to return to court on July 21 to answer to drug related charges.

The “God Is Standing By” crooner is set to return to court later this months after his case was delayed due to the prosecution not documents presenting the defence with the necessary documents on time.

The renown Reggae singer was arrested and charged on May 5, 2017 after he was found with just under 2 ounces of cocaine in his possession by law enforcement officials during a search of his vehicle.

George Nooks Turns To God Following Cocaine Arrest

According to the entertainer’s attorney, Tom Tavares-Finson, they intend to contest major inconsistencies in the police’s accounts of his client’s arrest which were presented in their previous hearing.
