Fox’s hit network show ‘Empire’ has been hit with yet another lawsuit, this time from kids from a juvenile detention center in Chicago.

According to TMZ reports, all the kids at Cook County Juvenile Temporary Detention Center were put on lockdown for two weeks to facilitate the the filming of Empire’s prison scenes between Terrance Howard and Chris Rock.

The kids are claiming that they were deprived of access to recreational facilities, family visits, and that their educational program was thrown into disarray.

The Juveniles reportedly filed a class action suit against Fox, Cook County and the warden, and detailed that they should be entitled to a percentage of earnings from the episodes.
