Foota Hype is gearing up to launch his acting career after landing a role in an upcoming movie, however he’s still pressing to join the cast of “Power.”
The outspoken Dancehall selector uploaded a snippet of the horror film he’ll be making his debut in to his Instagram account Wednesday. Foota Hype made sure to use the opportunity to send out another warning to American rapper/actor 50 Cent, whose given name is Curtis Jackson.
“It’s almost time all my fans get ready my first movie role in Jamaica’s first horror movie,” Foota Hype wrote before telling Jackson, who also plays Kanan Starks on Power that the show needs him.

“It’s only forward from this point @50cent stop playing power needs me I already got the strap a bad ppl thing . @sfmcinemaempire give thanks movie called birth of rosavelle.,” he added.
Last year, Foota Hype publicly reached out 50 Cent on social media for a role on the popular crime drama television series.
“50 Cent I need a role in that movie,” Foota commented under a post 50 Cent made on Tuesday night . “I’m the gangster dj from Jamaica look mi up was beside bounty killa in Jamaica the first time u came there link up,” he added.
