Foota Hype has broken his silence after being trolled by social media users on Wednesday.
The Popular Dancehall selector made rounds online after a screenshot surfaced showing him seeking a role in Starz hit TV series Power from 50 Cent while using his current rival Bounty Killer’s name, “50 Cent, I need a role in that movie. I am the gangster DJ from Jamaica. Look mi up. I was standing beside Bounty Killa in Jamaica the first time you came there. Link up,” he wrote.
The veteran deejay then to his Instagram account to blast the selector calling him a male groupie.

However Foota Hype says he’s really the one winning in the situation because Killer fell for his trap, according to the selector his comment was strategic as he wanted the Veteran deejay to respond as it would increase the chances of 50 Cent seeing it.
He also thanked Killer for responding saying he made more persons see the post, Foota however stressed the he’s serious about landing a role in Power. “I did acting in school days, and I love drama. Don’t take social media lightly. I might make a simple comment and 50 Cent cast me for real and the same people who laughing now would be congratulating me,” he said.
