Flippa Mafia charged for assaulting prison guard

Incarcerated dancehall artiste Flippa Mafia has found himself even more legal woes after the entertainer was charged with aggravated assault on a prison guard.

According to reports the Jamaican deejay, whose real name is Andrew Davis, is set to face trial for allegedly assaulting a corrections officer at the South Woods State Prison, where is currently serving a prison sentence.

Reports indicate that the “Moggla” deejay physically assaulted the corrections officer during a altercation at the correctional facility in July 2016.

Davis is already serving a 25 year in prison sentence for drug related charges and will not be eligible for parole until he has served 10 years, he was convicted on December 17, 2015.
