Five women arrested for liquid cocaine in rum cream bottles at airport

Detectives from the narcotics division have arrested five women on suspicion of drug trafficking at the Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay, St James on Wednesday night.

According to reports, the women were detained in a special operation conducted at the Sangster International Airport by the narcotics and canine divisions.

Following searches the five women were arrested after their luggage was found to contain several bottles of liquid cocaine labelled as Baileys Rum Cream. The women were set to board a flight destined for Canada.

The five women are yet to be charged and will be questioned in the presence of their attorneys.
