The St Catherine police are currently probing a crime scene in Spanish Town after five persons were shot.
According to reports, armed men opened fire on a group of people outside a popular restaurant near the bus park around 3 pm.
One man has been confirmed dead while four others are in hospital nursing gunshot wounds.
