Fans are now reportedly suing promotion company, Live Nation, for physical and emotional damages in relation to a shooting incident which transpired at a T.I. concert in New York back in May.
According to TMZ reports, a lawsuit was filed by fans claiming they suffered serious physical damages after being trampled after shots rang out. The fans also claimed that they suffered serious and lingering mental anguish following the incident.
The affected concert goers are being represented by attorney at law Vincent Provenzano.
According to their claims, Live Nation should be held accountable for the Irving Plaza shooting incident, as the promotion company did not conduct adequate security screening.
Rapper Troy Ave was arrested and charged with attempted murder and four counts of criminal possession of a weapon in relation to the May 25 shooting incident. The shooting also resulted in the death of Ave’s bodyguard Roland “Banga” McPhatter.

The amount the fans are seeking from for damages in the lawsuit remains unspecified.
