Facebook co-founder donates $20 Million to defeat Trump

Co-founder of Facebook Dustin Moskovitz has pledged to donate $20 million to Democrats to help stop Donald Trump from winning the upcoming Presidential elections.

According to CNN reports Moskovitz declared on Friday that he would be donating $20 million to Democratic coffers, the third largest given to a campaign.

The former college roommate of Mark Zuckerberg said reportedly made the pledge saying:

“This decision was not easy, particularly because we have reservations about anyone using large amounts of money to influence elections,” said Moskovitz and his wife. “We hope these efforts make it a little more likely that Secretary Clinton is able to pursue the agenda she’s outlined, and serve as a signal to the Republican Party that by running this kind of campaign — one built on fear and hostility — and supporting this kind of candidate, they compel people to act in response.”
