DJ Khaled’s new house in Jamaica will be the luxurious Rio Chico Private Estate.
Jamaican hotelier and businessman Gordon “Butch” Stewart announce on Tuesday that he would be selling the property to the “We The Best Music Group” CEO.
“DJ Khaled, Butch Stewart here of Sandals Records, they don’t want me to sell you the house, but i’m going to sell you the house… Another one!,” the founder and chairman of Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts said in a video uploaded by his son, Adam Stewart.

Khaled first shared his desire to acquire the property on Monday, in a video the American DJ, record producer said he was thankful for staying at the 14-acre villa but he wanted the owners to sell him.
