Drake’s OVO company has dropped a shoe collaboration with Clarks originals.
The rapper’s company has teamed up with Clarks Originals to release a three-colour collection of Wallabee Lo’s. Drizzy’s label had previously partnered with Clarks for a similar venture back in 2018.
The new collection is made from premium suede and will feature neon green, orange and black editions.
The shoe will feature the classic Wallabee design, with the standouts colours and the OVO logo imprinted on the heel.
The is exclusively available on OctobersVeryOwn.com and its physical locations on February 26. The shoe’s initial retail price is about $198.
Throughout the years, the Clarks brand has become synonymous with Dancehall culture. It has received countless endorsements from Dancehall acts such as Vybz Kartel, who recorded several hits about the brand.
The partnership is a natural one as Drake is a renowned fan of Dancehall music and culture.
Fans have even begun to theorize that the rapper may have had a little help from close friend Popcaan in crafting the designs. Popcaan of course, signed with Drake’s OVO label back in 2018.
