Rapper Drake has enjoyed a pretty successful 2016 thus far, topping various music charts, breaking multiple longstanding records, and now expanding his empire into other business ventures.

According to reports, Drake’s very own brand of liquor, Virginia Black Decadent American Whiskey has been setting new records in his native Canada. The Liquor Control Board of Ontario claims the rapper’s Whiskey has bested any single launch day sales for any spirits product in recent history.

Drizzy’s brand of whiskey reportedly sold 1,779 bottles at $39.95 on its September 30 launch day, and has sold  4,650 bottles since, according to The Toronto Star.
To put things into perspective, Diddy’s Ciroc Vodka took an entire week to achieve Drizzy’s first day sales figures, not bad for a newcomer to the liquor market.
