Just in time for ‘Yard Man’ Tuesdays, Drake dropped a new track titled War.
The fiery single is featured on new mixtape, El-Kuumba Tape Vol. 1, from his manager Oliver El-Khatib and Kuumba International.
Produced by AXL Beats, War sees Drake giving Popcaan and Vybz Kartel a solid rep. Just seconds into the single, Drizzy can be heard using the Unruly Boss’ famous ‘Woii Yoii’ slang.
Things then got interesting the 1:30 mark when he raps, “Wassa, wassa, just like the crodie Pressa, I don’t do no passa / Link with Scull and cousin Jamie hard, ah yard and we deh pon Gaza.”
War also arrived with a music video, directed by Theo Skudra, that finds Drake partying with friends at a ski resort and performing the song as he glides down the slopes and rides a snowmobile at night.
