Drake has handed Popcaan’s new album “Forever” a major endorsement ahead of its July 20 release.
The OVO rapper, who recently created history by becoming the first artist to reach a billion streams in one week, with his latest album “Scorpion” took the time out to endorse his close friend’s sophomore via his Instagram account.
Drizzy took to Instagram to post the album art for Popcaan’s upcoming album with the caption “@popcaanmusic JULY 20 mawdddd again.”
Sources have hinted that the Hip Hop superstar may be lending more than just his moral support this time around, as there have been whispers of a possible Drake feature on the deejay’s album.
The two are yet to officially collaborate despite their close friendship. Popcaan was previously featured in an early version of 2016’s Controlla, which was later shelved after being leaked and was also sampled for the single “Too Good,” which featured Rihanna.
