Drake equals amazing Michael Jackson record

Drake has equaled a record that was set by Michael Jackson in the peak of his popularity with his latest studio album Views.

The Canadian rapper has become only the second male artiste ever to have the number one album and number one song for seven consecutive weeks on the Billboard charts. The only other male artiste to ever achieve the feat was Michael Jackson with “Thriller” and the iconic single “Billy Jean.”

Drizzy’s “Views” have been No. 1 for a total of nine weeks straight, while his smash single “One Dance” has ruled for eight weeks, seven consecutively.

The popularity of his “One Dance” track could even potentially be yet to peak, as the rapper is still yet to release the highly anticipated video, which he says, is coming soon.
