Drake disses Hot 97 for “Telling Lies”

Drake has labelled New York based radio station Hot 97 as ‘liars’ while on his Summer Sixteen tour stop in Madison Square Garden, New York.

Social media was sent into a frenzy earlier this week after it was suggested that rapper Eminem and Drake may be headed for a lyrical duel. The rumour was however reportedly started by Hot 97 radio host Ebro, who later recanted his story calling it a joke.

The 6 God didn’t seem to find Ebro’s stunt very amusing though, and openly dissed Hot 97 in their hometown at his Madison Square Garden show in a freestyle.

Drake took shots at the pioneer Hip Hop radio station saying “they telling lies on Hot 97, that’s how it goes” and went say that Hot 97 will have to fire Funk Master Flex before he grants them an interview.
