DJs Warned To Play Other Soca Songs, Not Only “Full Extreme”

The Master of Ceremonies became furious on Monday during the 2017 Carnival celebrations at the Queen’s Park Savannah, Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, as Disc Jocks constantly played The Ultimate Rejects and MX Prime’s smash hit single “Full Extreme.”

Sounds of “We Jammin Still,” energized patrons as masqueraders appeared on stage all day. “There must be others songs this carnival. You are making it sound as though there is only one song in Trinidad for this Carnival,” the MC said.

However after the DJ took his advice and played other Soca 2017 singles, the crowd and masqueraders unfortunately started to display less excitement, which resulted in the most popular road march contender’s rotation reinstated.
