Ding Dong Says He Deserved Sumfest Prime Time Slot

Ding Dong has declared that his Reggae Sumfest prime time slot was fully justified by all the hard work has put in over the last few years.

Last year the dancer turned recording announced that he wouldn’t be appearing at this year’s staging of the annual Reggae festival unless he was given a more favorable time slot following his early performance.

The deejay’s wishes were granted this year as he was given a prime-time slot alongside other Dancehall heavyweights such as Spice, Bounty Killer, and I-Octane delivering a high energy set which had fans thoroughly entertained.

Spice Shares Why She Disrespected Police At Reggae Sumfest

According to Ding Dong, he was willing to stand firm by his declaration if his request was not met as he feels he has put in significant work especially over the last year, racking up some of the biggest hits in the genre.

The “Flairy” deejay pointed out that he has grown tremendously as an artist in the last few years and it is only fair for organizers to also acknowledge this as well.
