Jamaican model and beauty pageant title holder, Davina Bennett has announced that she is engaged to Greek national and former hotelier, Dimitri Kosvogiannis.
Bennett revealed on Thursday (November 26), that Kosvogiannis popped the big question over three years ago, the same night she was crowned the Miss Universe 2nd Runner-up.
“It’s thanksgiving day and I am most thankful that 3 years ago today a special guy went on his knee, gave the best speech a girl could ask for, popped out the most beautiful ring and asked me to marry him & of course after the cow bawling, hyperventilating and total shock, I said yes!” she wrote.
Davina Bennett’s post sparked questions as social media users wondered got married at some point during the three year period, however she’s not letting the cat out of the bag.
“I guess we will have to wait another 3 years to hear about the marriage part! Lmao! For right now, this me confirming the engagement!,” she wrote in response to a follower who inquired about her marital status.
