D’Angel’s cryptic captions continue to make rounds on social media.

In recent weeks the self-proclaimed “First Lady of Dancehall” has taken to social media to declare her wifey status in a series of Instagram post, sharing how stress-free and happy her life is.

Dancehall fans have noted a continuous theme in the entertainer’s posts as of late, with her placing emphasis on her role as a “wifie,” and not a “matie,” leading many to speculate whether these are directed towards another female.

These speculations were further fueled after the entertainer recently uploaded another video clip seemingly throwing shade towards someone saying “celebrate with me all wives, celebrate with me! bout tek gyal man a who dem? never I’m not the one…. never will tek gyal man I’ll take him away, forever.”

The star also echoed similar sentiments in another video which emerged online, in which the star was spotted at the airport wearing a graphic T-shirt which read “No man stress formed against me shall prosper,” while encouraging wives to celebrate with her.

Although the messages may be cryptic in nature many fans have already formulated their own theories, claiming the shade is aimed at Beenie Man’s current love interest Krystal Tomlinson.

“She must be still inlove with beenie man cause there no way or reason to be wearing a t-shirt like that wtf,” one fan remarked while another commented, “yet with all the shade she throwing, Beenie and Krystal snuggled up at home enjoying each other while she in the street hyping on herself then go home to an empty bed. #sad.”
