Dancehall Top Acts Host Back To School Treats

Dancehall artists are giving back to their communities as they host multiple back to school treats to help parents prepare for the new academic year.

Some of the biggest acts in the music industry including; Sizzla, Busy Signal, Charly Black, Chi Ching Ching, and Chris Martin have already organized treats that will help parents and students with back to school expenses.

Sizzla through his Sizzla Youth Foundation, and his Dare to Care treat, presented a scholarship to his 2017 recipient in August Town.

In his hometown Buxton St.Ann, Busy Signal through his 20/20 Helping Hands Foundation donated over 2 million dollars worth of school supplies last Sunday.

Meanwhile, Charly Black hosted a treat in Albertown Square Trelawny on Thursday, and another in the Rio Bueno Square on Friday.

Chi Ching Ching will also be hosting a treat on Sunday at the Stony Hill Primary and Junior High in St. Andrew. While September 1, sees Chris Martin through his Christopher Martin Foundation hosting his treat at the Watermouth Primary School in Watermouth St. Catherine.
