Dancehall Artist Releases Ishawna & Foota Hype Diss Track After ‘Equal Rights’

Ishawna sent tongues wagging earlier this week when she released a new controversial single ‘Equal Rights’

The former Downsound Records artist sings about men performing oral sex in the new single which is a remix of English singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran’s smash hit single ‘Shape Of You’ which is featured on his new ÷ album earlier this week.

Since the release, Ishawna has been getting mixed responses from Dancehall fans.

While getting a lot of praises from women, most men have took to social media to voice their discontent with the singer including Westmoreland-based Dancehall artist Prince Pin who dropped a counteraction titled ‘Justice’

The track which takes aim at Ishawna and her ex-fiancé, Popular Dancehall selector Foota Hype, is currently the number five trending song on YouTube in Jamaica with over 37,000 streams.
