Damian Marley performed in Kenya on Wednesday after being verbally abused by journalist last week.
The incident occurred on Monday shortly after the ‘Welcome To Jamrock’ singer arrived at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi for his performance.
While he was making his way through the terminus, journalist Chiko Lawi of Capital FM approached Marley with a request for an interview.

After being turned down, Lawi then issued a series of insults at Marley,”So Damian doesn’t talk to people… F**k this guy! F**k Damian Marley,” Lawi said. “F**k this reggae man! Why are you hiding?… grow some balls; this is my home!” he added after Marley demanded that he stop videotaping him and was being protected by his handlers.
