Reggae recording artiste D-Medz made a great first impact at Reggae Sumfest held at Catherine Hall in Montego Bay recently. The artiste signed to EppJam Production performed several of his more popular singles that spoke to encouraging youths. He also called 3 children including his daughter on stage to sing along his youth empowerment single, ‘Champion’.

D-Medz also surprised the audience and media through his music that was filled with all positive messages. The ‘Empower’ artiste was then met with open arms by the Hon. Olivia ‘Babsy’ Grange the Minister of Culture, Gender, Entertainment and Sports and the Most Honorable Andrew Holness Prime Minister of Jamaica back stage at the show. D-Medz said “I felt elated to be in the presence of such great leaders. They were very impressed with my message and it reminded me that positivity does pay”.

On the other hand the artiste had released the video for his new single ‘Nuh Falla (Bad Company)’ on the ‘Real Rock Riddim’. The single produced by Rural also speaks to encouraging youths to avoid peer pressure and embracing positivity. D-Medz is known for singles such as ‘Champion’ that was used as a theme song on the youth empowerment programme ‘Talk Up Youth Tours’, ‘No Vote’ and ‘Rebel Souljah’ from his EP titled ‘Empower’.

D-Medz who reigns from the town of May Pen in Clarendon is now promoting ‘Nuh Falla (Bad Company).
