Criminals Allegedly Using Caskets To Evade Cops In St James

The police high command has launched an investigation into the shocking claim that criminals in St James are using caskets and funeral homes to smuggle themselves out of the parish.

The controversial claim was recently made in a voice note which claims that members of the Jamaica Defense Force (JDF) intercepted a group of gangsters attempting to flee the parish in caskets.

In the shocking voice note, a female is heard claiming that JDF soldiers intercepted a group of criminals hiding among dead bodies being transported out of the parish by funeral homes.

According to the police, although there is no official information to support the claims investigators are currently probing the matter to determine its authenticity.

Since the government imposed a state of emergency on the parish of St James, which was later renamed to ‘enhanced security measures’ operation, over 200 people have detained and several firearms seized.
