According to the Police High Command, a manhunt will soon be launched for reputed Clansman leader, Tesha Miller, after he failed to turn himself into police custody.
Miller failed to turn himself over to police custody after recently being named as a person of interest last week.
Cops had issued a statement advising him to report to authorities no later than 12:00 pm Tuesday.
Investigators say there has been a huge upsurge in the number of murders in the parish of St Catherine since Miller’s return.
Miller recently returned to the island after serving a prison sentence in the United States.
