Recording artiste Christopher Martin is now self-isolating after Usain Bolt tested positive for COVID-19 on Monday.

Martin was among the many local celebrities that attended Usain Bolt’s 34th birthday party held on Friday in Kingston. The event saw the likes of Ding Dong Ravers and his Ravers Clavers dancing group, Ajji and Munga Honourable, Leon Bailey and Raheem Sterling and many more.

“Christopher Martin is isolating himself, he is getting the COVID-19 test done today as a precautionary measure. He is feeling no symptoms, but to be sure, he is self-isolating to secure his family and friends because it is the right thing to do,” Kingy, manager of Christopher Martin, told Loop News on Monday evening.

Jamaica’s Minister of Health and Wellness, Dr Christopher Tufton confirmed that Usain Bolt tested positive for the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) on Monday during a virtual press briefing.

The eight-time Olympic champion took the COVID-19 test on Saturday ahead of a business trip.
