R&B crooner Chris Brown has been slapped with his second restraining order in two weeks after Karrueche Tran’s best friend claims he made verbal threats towards him.
Joseph Ryan La Cour has filed a restraining order against the “Loyal” singer just weeks after best friend Karrueche reportedly filed one of her own, TMZ reports.

Court documents filed by La Cour claim that the multi-platinum singer made several threats towards him, including that he was going to shoot him, and allegedly also sent his friends after him.
La Cour claims that that Breezy is mad at him for standing up for Karrueche following their messy break-up.
