Following his recent arrest R&B crooner Chris Brown is reportedly set to enforce some strict new house rules at his Calabasas mansion.

The “Loyal” singer is reportedly serious about keeping people he doesn’t know out of his California crib, and has outlined some new rules to his homeboys who live with him, according to TMZ.

Reports are that Brown has at least two friends who are currently living with him, and he has laid down the law on them following his recent arrest allegedly threatening a woman with a gun at at the mansion.

Sources say Breezy does not want a re-occurrence of the incident, and has reportedly cracked down on parties at his mansion. Furthermore, all his housemates will reportedly be expected to provide a detailed guest list of anyone they are bringing over which will be subjected to his approval.
Brown is facing charges of with assault with a deadly weapon, but has denied the claims as totally fictitious.

The credibility of the woman, Baylee Curran, has been called into question after it was highlighted that she has history of lying, and that she allegedly sent text message sent to a friend plotting to set the singer up.
