Chris Brown’s recent run in with the cops has been causing major problems for the R&B singer.
The DCFS went to Brown’s home in Tarzana on Thursday accompanied by police officers but the singer refused to open his gate and speak to any of the officials. It is said that Breezy’s 2-year-old daughter Royalty was at the house at the time of the visit.
According to sources – Nia Guzman, the mother of Brown’s daughter was the one who filed the complaint against Chris after he was arrested last month for allegedly pulling a gun on Baylee Curran. Nia claims Royalty was in the home when the incident occurred.
Both Chris Brown and his lawyer have said that Nia’s reports are false and she is using his arrest as an advantage in her ongoing custody battle case against him, TMZ has reported that Chris will now only be allowed supervised visits with Royalty.
Brown is currently out on a $250,000 bail and Nia is fighting to have Chris’ custody privileges reduced even though there is a possibility that if Breezy’s case is dismissed his initial custody arrangements will be reinstated.
