According to investigators, the men defrauded millions from unsuspecting victims in Jamaica and across the Caribbean through identity theft.
The three suspects have been identified as 38-year-old Zhong Jianping; Guo Shanghai, 37 years old and 37-year-old Zhong Fulin, all of addresses in China.
Investigators say the men were arrested on Wednesday, July 13 after being discovered with electronic devices suspected to be card readers, card writers, skimmers items commonly used in identity theft.
They were also found with close to $6 million dollars in cash and over 400 credit cards, which are suspected to have been fraudulently made.
