Canadian child among two killed in St Elizabeth crash

A 9-year-old Canadian girl was among two persons killed, while six others were injured in a motor vehicle accident along the Content main road in St. Elizabeth on Saturday.
The deceased have been identified as 9-year-old Impressi Hughes of Ontario, Canada and 51-year-old Courtney Corde of Elderly district in St. Elizabeth.
According to police reports, the accident was three vehicle collision involving a Toyota Mark X, a Toyota Caldina and a Mitsubishi Montero.
Both Toyota vehicles were reportedly traveling along the same direction, when they collided into the Mitsubishi Montero along the Content main road.
Eight passengers were rushed to Hospital where Impressi and Corde were later pronounced dead, the other six passengers remain in stable condition.
