Despite rumours, Reggae recording artiste Buju Banton is alive and well after rumours swirled that he had a stroke in prison.
The news began circulating this past weekend on blog sites as well as social media that the artiste had been hospitalized due to suffering from a stroke but according to the “Boom Bye Bye” singer’s rep the rumours are false and Banton is still at the McRae correctional institution in Georgia.

The artiste was sentenced to 10 years in prison for drug trafficking charges and is scheduled for release in 2018.
