Buju Banton Reveals More Long Walk to Freedom Tour Dates

Buju Banton has released more dates for his highly anticipated Long Walk to Freedom tour.

The Reggae icon’s Long Walk to Freedom tour (LWFT) will commence in Jamaica on March 16 at the National Stadium in St Andrew.

Banton will then perform in The Bahamas, Barbados, St Kitts and Trinidad.

On March 30, the Grammy-winning entertainer is set to perform at the Thomas A Robinson National Sports Stadium in Nassau, The Bahamas. The event is being promoted by Bahamian firm Paradise Productions.

Buju Banton Makes First Public Appearance

April 27 sees Buju Banton taking the stage at the Barbados Reggae Festival at Kensington Oval. The St Kitts Music Festival which will take place from June 26 to 30 will also feature the “Wanna Be Loved” singer. Banton joins a strong line-up for this year’s festival which includes Smokey Robinson, Popcaan, French Montana, and Davido.

While Trinidad will experience Buju Banton on April 21 at the Queen’s Park Savannah located in the capital Port of Spain in a concert dubbed “I Am Legend.”

Buju Banton, whose given name Mark Anthony Myrie, returned to Jamaica last month. The entertainer was released from a US jail on December 7, after serving a 10-year sentence on drug-related charges.
