Buju Banton Makes History In Barbados, LWTF Named The Biggest Event

Buju Banton continues to make history.

The Grammy-nominated Reggae entertainer’s Long Walk To Freedom concert tour stop at the Barbados Reggae Festival, is being dubbed the biggest event ever held on the island.

Banton reportedly performed for an estimated 30,000 patrons inside the Kensington Oval, Bridgetown on Saturday, April 27, 2019.

The event attracted several local celebrities and Government officials including Bajan pop star Rihanna who flew back home specially to witness Buju Banton live in action.

Buju Banton’s tour continues this weekend in Suriname on May 4, Grenada on May 11, Tortola in the British Virgin Islands on June 15, and St Kitts on June 29. The “Wanna Be Loved” singer will also headline Reggae Sumfest in Montego Bay on July 20.
