Buju Banton and Vybz Kartel gave Reggae and Dancehall fans a treat on June 26, 2020 with the release of their new albums.
Banton dropped Upside Down, his first album following his release from prison. While Gaza deejay, Vybz Kartel whom is still incarcerated, rolled out Dons and Divas.
Buju Banton made it to number two on the Billboard Reggae Albums chart – The chart combines streaming and sales. While the Grammy winning artiste debuted at number one on the the Current Reggae Albums chart – which is a sales-driven tally and available via subscription to Nielsen Music/MRC Data.
Vybz Kartel entered the Billboard Reggae Album chart at number six. His album also secured the 80th spot on the Top Current Album Sales chart.
