Body of ex-soldier identified in burnt-out car

Investigators have identified two of the three men whose charred remains were discovered in a burnt-out vehicle in Mafoota, St James.

The men have been identified as; 30-year-old Rory Johns, 31-year-old Shane Hibbert, who is a ex-soldier.

The body of the third man is still unidentified but all three men are said to originate from Three Miles River in Westmoreland.

Police discovered the bodies of the three men after receiving reports that a by police in the burnt-out car was seen in the area.

Investigators have yet to determine the circumstances behind the death of the men.
