A motor bike taxi operator of Bamboo Bottom, Green Island, Hanover, was shot and killed on Sunday.
The deceased has been identified as 52-year-old Lawrence Bowen.
According to police reports, around 12:40 am Bowen’s relatives heard explosion and alerted authorities.
A search of the premises was done and Bowen was found in a shallow part of a river with gunshot wounds. He was taken to the hospital where death was confirmed.
